Who provides the direction?

Lee Whiteley

Managing Director

Lee established Southern Prospect and has a background in electrical design and manufacture having worked for one of the largest earth moving machinery manufacturers in the world for almost 10 years.

Between 2004 and 2007 he held a position of Vice President with the world's largest wind turbine company. He has technical qualifications along with a Masters degree in Business Administration and having travelled, and worked, widely has gained a comprehensive knowledge of business practice in a global context.

Dale Elphinstone

Chairman

Dale Elphinstone has been involved with Southern Prospect since its inception and is also a director of some 25 other public or private companies.

Dale is the Executive Chairman of the Elphinstone/William Adams Pty Ltd group of companies, which includes William Adams Pty Ltd, the Caterpillar dealership for Victoria and Tasmania, and a number of subsidiaries, and major shareholdings in a number of other companies including Gekko Systems Pty Ltd, Haulmax Pty Ltd and Engenco Ltd, as well as Energy Power Systems Australia and its subsidiaries GMEC and Caterpillar Asia Power Rental.
